Patient Assistance Grant Program

As part of the Foundation's operating mission to financially support quality hospice services, the Hospice of Charleston Foundation has initiated the Patient Assistance Grant Program to help address the unmet medical and non-medical needs of hospice patients in the tri-county area. Through this program, hospice case managers and social workers help hospice patients access funding to meet their basic needs, including rent and mortgage payments, utility payments, and food costs as well as inpatient and home care hospice services.

All support for this program comes from charitable donations from the public. We appreciate your generous support. We are grateful for any and all contributions.
